Anthony has over 25 years experience collaborating with senior executives and business owners in designing and implementing innovative solutions in real estate, education, healthcare & insurance that have streamlined operations and transformed businesses for profitability and long term growth. He is an active part of Grace Agency, overseeing our technology and security solutions. Anthony is a devoted father that enjoys spending quality time with his family. He is also actively involved as an educator, community liaison for Infragard (national security), and as a volunteer first responder for Seminole County.

Chanin has earned her MBA and has been in what she calls the “healthcare helping field” for 27 years and has enjoyed the successes and challenges of a very diverse career. From her first job as a therapist to years later becoming a licensed insurance agent, she uses her experience daily. From initially working with employee benefits to the last 9 years focused on helping those on Medicare, she has learned the greatest of skills. She is “grateful” for the patience, perseverance, knowledge and expertise she has gained and the ability to use it to help others. “Helping others has always been and will be what motivates me each day,” Chanin says. Her family and friends also motivate her professional passion and they are her greatest support. She enjoys them every chance she gets in her free time, “along with a couple of possibly spoiled cats,” she laughs. Chanin adds, “Being a member of this incredible team at Grace Agency has been a dream come true, to align what matters most to me and work alongside other true helpers.”

Linda is married with 2 children: her daughter and step-daughter. She is very proud of them and both are doing great. Linda’s professional work experience in health insurance began after graduating from college in Upstate New York. She started her career working for Hewitt Associates, a human resource outsourcing company, as a customer service associate. During her years with Hewitt, she became a trainer and a Quality Assurance Associate dealing with group health insurance and retirement plans. After taking some time to raise her daughter, she became a Benefit Consultant with ADP (Automatic Data Processing, Inc.). In this position she provided support to Human Resource departments and their group health insurance plans. Her husband has worked in the insurance industry, with a focus on Medicare, for almost 30 years and encouraged her to take the step to become an insurance consultant with Grace Agency. This step in her career has allowed her to represent many insurance options that fit her clients’ needs. Most companies have different benefits, doctor and specialist networks, as well as drug lists. One size does not fit all in this business. “Having the ability to represent many companies makes finding a good fit for my customers easier on them,” Linda says. When she is free to spend time doing other activities, she enjoys boating, car shows and traveling. Family is important to Linda and she is blessed to have both parents and her in-laws close by. She understands what it takes to be a caregiver for aging parents. Linda wants her clients to know, “If you need my help, I am here to serve your interests and find out what your needs and wants are when it comes to your health and Medicare insurance needs. ”

Richard started his career in the restaurant business and worked his way into management and leadership positions over his 23 years. Today, Richard is an insurance consultant at Grace Agency (with a primary focus in Medicare), Distinguished Toastmaster, coach and leader. Richard’s philosophy has always been “How can I help?” Whether visiting with friends, training a new team member or sales consultant, networking or visiting with a Medicare client, he is always thinking “What can I do to help this person?” He has learned relationship building is his most important asset and he enjoys growing his current relationships and starting new ones. Whether meeting someone for personal or business reasons, he always wishes to gain a friendship. Richard believes that business relationships are better when a friendship is developed. He brings many assets by way of contacts and experience to any relationship he builds. He truly enjoys “helping people” no matter the need. If he can’t help, he will refer to someone who can serve the need. He has been married for 30 years to his soul mate, Julie, who keeps him grounded. “Julie is a fantastic wife and mother. I would not be where I am today without her by my side. She is the love of my life!” He is extremely proud of his two young adult children, Amber and Ryan. Richard says “They have grown up to be very strong and determined individuals, able to stand on their own and make lives for themselves. They make me proud every day to be their father. They are AWESOME!” In his spare time, Richard enjoys golf, reading and family game nights. Since 2011, Richard has helped over 1200 clients make the transition to Medicare as a Medicare agent. “I look forward to helping many more people with their transition onto Medicare and into a comfortable retirement.”

Charlotte has over 30 years of client facing customer service and sales experience. Her professional work experience in health insurance began in 2011 while employed with Humana as an Administrative Coordinator for the Sales and Marketing department. No stranger to hard work, she went back to college during the evenings while working full time at Humana and raising a family and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Minor in Finance in 2013. While employed at Humana, she provided insurance agent support and community resource information to low-income seniors until she became a licensed insurance agent herself and began educating seniors about Medicare and their various insurance options. In 2015, while working as an independent insurance agent for Amerilife & Health Services of Central Florida, she continued educating seniors about their Medicare choices but also began assisting the “under 65” community with On-Exchange and Off-Exchange Affordable Care Act medical plan options. In addition, she presented financial protection plans, income replacement solutions, and supplemental benefits which included, but were not limited to, life insurance, individual medical, dental, vision, hospital, cancer, and accident insurance plan coverage. Charlotte was also an Account Manager for ADP, responsible for managing a 1.9 million dollar client base. She resigned from ADP to join Grace Agency when she was personally recruited by the CEO David Yermak and COO Graziella Busa. Although English is her native language, Charlotte is bilingual and can also communicate in Spanish assisting Hispanic clients as needed. She LOVES to give back to her community and parish by volunteering periodically. She also enjoys family time at the beach, bike riding and going for long walks with her pets. Charlotte’s hobbies are reading, dancing around the house to music, and meditating. Charlotte enjoys being a licensed insurance consultant because she knows helping others is her calling. “There is no better feeling than knowing you have truly helped someone in need,” Charlotte says. She loves shedding light on confusing topics by educating and being a resource to others. She strives to leave clients armed with knowledge, comfortable with their choices, and better off than when she first arrived. Charlotte feels that “Their well-being is my main concern and my goal is to treat them as I would want one of my dear family members to be treated. We all live on the same planet and share its resources, we are in this together, so we should all strive to help and lift up one another!”

Florida native Kimberly Claunch started her career in the insurance and managed healthcare industries in Maryland where most of her family still resides. She returned to Florida as a young adult and became a licensed life and health insurance agent in 1989. Later in 1995 she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Kimberly is so grateful for the relationships, knowledge and diverse experience she gained from working both as an agent and in various leadership roles with local and national insurance companies. Her lifelong passion has been to help others, taking the time to actively listen and provide the best possible advice, guidance and service. Kimberly joined Grace Agency in 2020 and is so honored to be a member of a team who believes in always doing the right thing. Most of all, she feels privileged to help simplify Medicare for her clients. In her spare time, Kimberly loves to spend time with family and friends and enjoys music, nature and wildlife.

Jeffrey M. Caron is a well-respected, warm and caring individual who has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years. With various roles in management with Fortune 100 companies, he has spent the last 7 years with a primary focus on Medicare. Jeffrey’s goal is to help simplify the Medicare experience for all of his clients by providing them with advocacy, education and guidance through their coverage options and enrollment experience. Jeffrey also understands that there are many aspects to your life that need consideration when you are choosing health care coverage—that’s why he takes the time to understand your needs and provides you with personalized service, advice and guidance every step of the way! He makes it a priority to make sure you have access to information that’s easy to understand and provides you peace of mind. Jeffrey has been married for over 21 years to his beautiful wife. Together they have 5 children, 4 girls and 1 boy! You can often find Jeff outside on a hike or playing baseball, basketball or golf with his kids. He is very active in his community, volunteering at the church, school and coaching sports teams. Joining the team at Grace Agency has been a perfect fit for him as Grace Agency’s compassionate educational approach to solving the Medicare maze aligns perfectly with Jeffs philosophy and approach to client care.

Linda has a deep and diverse background in customer relations. She has owned two small businesses being involved with all aspects of their operations. The first was in the cosmetology industry as an owner operator. The second was in retail sales of delectable chocolate creations as a franchise owner. Linda’s 35 plus years in customer service has offered her a diverse living experience in five states, Minnesota, Georgia, Ohio, New Mexico and Florida. Linda has been married 32 years and has one son 31 years old that she is very proud of. In Minnesota she started her career in cosmetology, opening a salon when she moved to Georgia. The second business Linda opened after moving to Ohio was a chocolate factory franchise that she and her family operated. After moving to New Mexico she started her insurance career in customer sales and service in 2011. Now living in Florida with her family and her two rambunctious dogs, Linda’s passion in customer service and relations throughout her career has culminated with her knowledge and experience in joining the Grace Agency team.

Roger’s 17+ years of experience in sports marketing, SaaS, and medical sales, as well as his time in the Military as an Artilleryman & Infantryman, has given him an array of experience from leadership roles to customer service & satisfaction by building relationships within the community. A leader in his community and actively involved by volunteering and helping those in need, Roger has been a pillar of support for anyone he comes across and has found that a career in assisting those with any Medicare needs has been the most rewarding. When he is not working, he loves spending quality time with his girlfriend, Maggie, playing soccer/golf/pickleball, working out, and scuba diving. Since joining Grace Agency, he has adopted and thrived in our “white glove” approach and is the “insurance home” for anyone he has the privilege of working with.

Laura Boveri is all about helping people. As the oldest of 5 kids, she learned early on the importance of caring for others. Laura grew up in Orlando and attended college at the University of Central Florida. While there, she met her husband, Thierry Boveri and they have been married for 16 years and have 4 kids. Laura earned her master’s degree in speech language pathology. Her main focus for the past 15 years has been raising her children. She often works part time as an SLP and volunteers frequently at her children’s school and their church. Laura also has a passion for healthy eating. She opened 3 smoothie restaurants and educated people on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Laura joined Grace Agency after learning of the value they provide to their clients. Medicare insurance has been a rewarding transition to combine her love of helping people and SLP background.
